My second truck was Smokin Hot Barbeque, not actually a truck but a trailer. Smokin Hot had a big line of customers and the trailer was wrapped well in graphics. I was excited to try their food! I had plenty of time to decide on what I wanted because their service was very slow. I choose the Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich, upon placing my order I asked the lady if she could cut it into three portions. She was not willing to accommodate my request instead offered me a plastic knife and a paper plate. I was not impressed with the service and it left me feeling a little disappointed. I was hopeful the food would be good enough to overcome the poor service and again was disappointed. The sandwich was served on a cheap bun, not fresh and probably frozen; the pulled pork itself was not hot and lacked flavor. I also ordered fried pickles and they were also not very good, I could tell they were not house made, just a frozen flavorless item bought from Costco. I would not recommend Smokin Hot Barbeque to anyone.
