Food Truck Hellfire Pizza Co.

I decided to choose the Hellfire Pizza Co. which I was quite excited to have pizza served from a food truck.  The truck was painted appropriately with red and black and a skull that had wildly sharp teeth and a spiky Mohawk.  Everyone loves pizza and there were some good choices to choose from. The menu had names of the different pizzas that were all related to the title of their company;  The Diablo, The Glutton, Chuba Cabra, Red Dragon, Queen of the Damned, Envy and The Forbidden Fruit! They all looked really good from the menu and when I asked the guy taking my order what I should chose he said I could get a pepperoni pizza from anywhere so to try something different.  I choose The Forbidden Fruit! It was smothered with a white garlic cream sauce and then topped with fuji apples, red onion, smoked bacon, blue and mozzarella cheese to finish it off.  The apples were soft yet still had a nice crisp to them.  The red onions, mozzarella and blue cheeses fused together perfectly with the crunchy and smokey bacon pieces.  It melted in my mouth and I really enjoyed the Forbidden Fruit.  The pizzas are 10" round and thin crust, which I like instead of thick crust.  It was $7 for the 10" pizza which after ordering I thought was a great deal.  If I see them around again I will have to order another pizza and I would recommend them to anyone at  I would probably have to go with the Chuba Cabra, a mixture of chorizo, green chilies, goat cheese, red onions, cilantro, red sauce and mozzarella cheese!  Sounds like a mexican pizza with a twist. Something that really rings soundly with my ears and makes my mouth water just talking about it.
