Food Truck Stolen Recipes

The second food truck that I chose was the plain and simple looking truck by the name of Stolen Recipes and this truck caters to barbeque foods.  Now, this barbeque food trucks food was just like that of the truck plain and simple.  There were only 4 choices available pulled pork sliders, redneck nacho's, BBQ quesidilla, and homemade pastrami sandwich.  So I ended up asking for the the pastrami sandwich which was done pretty quick, it was no wonder since I was the only one in line.  The only thing that I had to wait for was for the cook to get into the truck and start cooking.  The sandwich was on a ciabatta bread that was toasted, swiss cheese and probably what was the best thing on the sandwich, the pastrami.  There was no mustard to go with the sandwich which would have made the 4x5 sandwich better and the whole cost for this experience, $7.  The bread was very delicious as well as the cheese but the pastrami takes the cake on this sandwich.  For being a food truck that does barbeque, well there was none in site and the one food that sounded like it should not really be there does have the barbeque sauce on it, redneck nachos.
The truck was one of 4 that were white but this particular truck had its name in the writing style that looks like it's kind of cowboy looking which helps out its theme that they are going for.  I am sure if they started adding more to the menu and perhaps putting some actual barbeque items on the menu such as ribs, chicken, or maybe even a burger they will do better and maybe next time I won't have to wait for the cook to get in the truck and start to cook.  If I was asked the question of recommending this food truck and it's barbeque menu, well I would have to  turn them on to another barbeque food truck because this one does not work foe me and just keep in mind that these are solely my opinions.
